What it is

MeteoAndes is a public research website created by Christian Riveros to communicate results on Peruvian tropical glaciers in a navigable, citable and reproducible form.

Editorial principles

  • Show measurements together with uncertainty.
  • Separate consolidated, diagnostic, preliminary and pending evidence.
  • Do not confuse correlation with causation.
  • Publish methods, metadata and code when possible.
  • Never fabricate values to fill analytical gaps.
